New products are designed in state of the art 3D modeling software which allows each product to be meticulously crafted, and ensures precise functionality. Once the design stage is completed, moulds are then created for investment casting which achieves repeatable, precision-made components. Once the design phase is completed, fit, form, and function testing is performed to verify that the manufactured goods meet our strict quality control protocol. The product then moves to “Life Cycle Testing”, where we test for months and in some cases years to make sure each valve and actuator we release is manufactured to meet demanding flow control environments.
